When fulfilling your order, our jewelers give their best. We want SAVICKI luxury jewelry to be stunning. However, if for some reason the jewelry you purchased does not meet your expectations, you can return it in its original, intact condition even within 120 days. Without asking unnecessary questions.

    All you need to do is enter your order number and the email address used during the purchase and we will walk you through the process step by step.

    Pack your shipment

    Pack the product, the proof of purchase and the claim form included with your order and place them in the box. You can use the one in which we sent your order to you.

    Hand it over to the courier

    That's it! Now expect a courier to come and collect the package from you. You don't have to worry about anything anymore. The courier will come and stick a label on the package
    and will leave a confirmation of shipment.
